Three years ago when we launched TRAKTIVIST, we dreamed about the possibility of a Music Conference dedicated to Asian Americans, one that pulled the talent, knowledge and resources of the community to help better our impact in the global music industry.

That time has arrived!

TRAKTIVIST is a proud Sponsor & Partner of the Asian American Music Conference (AAMC) relaunching on November 4, 2017 at the San Francisco Art Institute in San Francisco, California! The AAMC seeks to strengthen the Asian American music industry by equipping aspiring individuals with relevant skills and knowledge, while bringing together established music professionals and companies to develop key relationships. AAMC was originally launched in 2003 through 2006 with the goal of bringing together Asian Americans in music and of increasing representation in the mainstream music industry. This year’s AAMC focuses on music business education as a continuation of its original goals for the Asian American music community.

In addition, TRAKTIVIST founder Richie Traktivist will be a guest speaker for the PANEL: Marketing Your Music to the Asian Market Locally and Globally, and official host for the Asian American Music Showcase!
