TRAKTIVIST.COM does not accept returns or provide refunds for online advertising services. Advertisement placements will not be pro-rated or refunded. Upon cancellation of the advertisement placement, the advertisement will be removed from www.traktivist.com. Advertisement placements can be transferred to a different approved advertisement. All sales are final because advertisements begin appearing on www.traktivist.com as soon as approved. Please preview your advertisement before you buy to make sure that the advertisement is accurate and worth the advertisement placement fee. Before you buy:

• Proof-read carefully to ensure that your advertisement is correct before submitting it for approval.
• Double-check your advertisement placements for county and case type before purchasing.
• Check the placement costs during the creation process to ensure that the cost is worth the advertisement placement fee.
